Booking your group getaway
As soon as you have decided on your group requirements and the dates and location you prefer, contact the Groups Team by telephone on 0845 470 7557 (or outside the UK on +44 20 8732 1260)., by e-mail or through our enquiry form.
Accommodation only and organised programmes
 We can arrange accommodation only breaks or holidays with an organised programme for your group. Once availability of your chosen date is confirmed we will make a provisional booking for your group and send you confirmation of your booking and a group booking agreement to sign. Your provisional booking will be held for one month without obligation at which time a non-refundable holding deposit of £100 will be required. Once the holding deposit has been received you will receive a group pack. These booking terms allow you to arrange your group holiday up to 2 years in advance. If, however, you are arranging a holiday with an organised programme (such as guided walking) after our brochure has been published, our booking terms are as per our brochure (see below).
One month after the due date of your holding deposit further non-refundable deposits will be required - £35 per person. If the booking is made within 12 weeks of the holiday no holding deposit will be required and the per person deposit will be required within 10 days.
When we receive your deposit we will send a confirmation invoice showing the accommodation booked, the costs and payments made.
Final details showing the names of those in your party, their allocated rooms and any special requirements will be required 12 weeks prior to the holiday after which time your final invoice will be sent.
Your final despatch with travel documents will be sent once your final payment has been received.
Organised programme holidays published in our brochures
If you make your holiday choice from our existing range on sale and we have confirmed that the holiday is available you will be required to send the booking form, which can be found at the back of the brochure or download here, along with the appropriate deposit per person (this is detailed on the booking form). The booking form should also be accompanied by the names, room requirements of those in your party and any special arrangements needed.
Final group arrangements will be required 12 weeks prior to the holiday, which will indicate your time of arrival and any other additional requirements your group may have.
Your final despatch with travel documents will be sent once your final payment has been received.

HF Holidays own and manage 17 Country Houses in beautiful locations around Britain and invite you to stay for the weekend for just £99 per person for two nights, inclusive of all meals.
The price is based on travelling with a group of 10 adults or more and staying a minimum of two nights. Accommodation is provided in twin en-suite bedrooms; single room accommodation may attract a premium. No further discounts can be applied to this special offer, except discounts for children between 4 and 17yrs old, which are 50% off the adult price. Our special offer is available on selected dates and is subject to availability. Additional nights, where available, can be added to the weekend for £39 per person per night. |
